Panels

Sheet metal masking panel in 40mm
wide (SH30 and SH60) or 100mm wide (SHB60) spring steel material
which can be supplied in the required length with rounded corners.
Intended for masking holes. The sheet is formed by hand into
a cylinder then placed in the hole where it's spring force presses
it against the periphery. |

Tape
Thermometer
|
Self adhesive disposable
thermometer (5 x 90mm) which displays the maximum temperature
by changing colour in the different sections. Is fixed to the
surface of a component to check the actual sintering temperature.
Available from stock in two designs. Apart from the stock selection
detailed below, we can also supply thermometers with temperature
ranges from 37° to 254°C with a short lead time for delivery.
We can also suppy a special model which is resistant to washing
liquids.

Masking
Tape
In house slitting of the tape means
we are able to offer a wide range of widths. Production of the
tape is order based and normal delivery time is within 48 hours
of placing an order. Widths range from 6mm - 600mm. The polyester
film is pre-shrunk and supplied on a plastic core so that none
will go to waste.
Green polyester tape (A12), for
normal use during Powder Coating. Rust coloured polyester tape
(R12), the same as above but for somewhat higher temperatures.
Blue polyester film tape (A7), thinner version that is more pliable,
such as round edges etc... Copper-coloured Polyamide tape (A3),
for the highest temperature requirements. Fibreglass tape (A4),
mechanical strength and extremely pliable. Gummed paper tape (A5),
low priced alternative for lower temperatures. Many of these tapes
can be die cut to shape
on a backing liner or on rolls as discs
and can be manufactured witht a tab for easy removal after painting
