| The recommended loads listed below apply to double-angled standard hooks, and are only intended as a guide when selecting hooks. Many different factors affect the wire dimension that should be used in relation to the static weight of the product, such as if the load increases during suspension or by vibrations in the conveyor joints etc.. If a product is suspended from two hooks, a greater part of the load could rest on one of them through displacement of the centre of gravity of the product, the incline of the conveyor or stretching on the curves of the conveyor. |

For sheet products or large-diameter pipes that do not have holes for suspension. The sheet suspender creates a dynamic effect which locks the product into place with minimal suspension marks. Standard suspender in 3mm cold-rolled sheet metal, with 3 different suspension holes at various distances for a normal wire hook. Metal sheets with a thickness of up to 2mm can be suspended at the one end, while 4mm thick sheets can be suspended at the other end. The total length of the suspender PH100 is 100mm. Can also be manufactured in other lengths. The PH200 has a clamping action which allows heavier pipes to be "Locked" with minimal hanging marks! Ask for a quotation!

This spring stainless steel clamp can be attached to a component, then the component can be suspended from one of the holes in the clamp. Primarily intended for products that have no suitable holes for suspension. Usually for materials ranging from 1.0 to 2.5mm.  |
