| In order to suspend small components, make the most of the available height of the painting facilities and maintain proper ergonomic conditions, the height of the suspenders should be varied while the work is being carried out. Our stationary suspender station solves this problem. The suspender trolley is rolled against the upright and two grips secure it in place while it is raised and lowered. the pre-programmed positions and variable lifting speed are push-button controlled. The station operates on 380V and has a maximum capacity of 250kg. We can also supply suitable equipment for goods handling around the suspender station. |

| When using masking paper, this tape dispenser can be used to automatically attach a strip of tape to either side of the paper. When the paper is fed into the dispenser, a roller presses the tape into place. When the desired length is fed through, the paper and tape can be cut by a blade fixed to a slide on bearings. |

| A special type of paper for masking large areas. The paper withstands normal pre-treatment chemicals and oven temperatures without disintegrating or burning. Because of the paper's purity, it does not emit any chemicals or leave marks on the painted parts. It can be applied using heat resistant tape or a stapling machine. Normally supplied on a roll. Other roll widths or punched formats can also be supplied. Ask for a quotation! |

A simple system for avoiding paint damage during storage and transportation. the spacer pads can be supplied in dimensions as follows: 18mm x 18mm by 4mm thick, 20mm x 20mm by 10mm thick and 20mm x 20mm by 14mm thick. They are made from natural cork, and on one side there is a 2mm thick polythene layer. The pad fastens with a suction effect when lightly pressed against the painted surface. The pads do not leave any trace after removal, and can be re used. We do however recommend that they are tested first on the paint in question. Supplied in box quantities of 6000, 4500 and 3000 pieces respectively. |
