Silicone products using the very latest technology can now be manufactured in VERY high temperature silicone rubber. (800°F) 385°C ??????????????

If you see a specific moulded product on this web site or in our catalogue it can be manufactured to special order in this higher temperature material.

Silicone Rubber Magnets

Flexible sheets of silicone rubber magnets can be die-cut to shape. Only one side of the sheet is magnetic. Paint is reluctant to bond to the rubber so it can be re-used. Comes in three different thicknesses. Ask for a quotation!

New Swivel

This swivel utilises an enclosed bearing to ensure a smooth rotary movement. A simple horizontal bar with a silicone rubber edge strip attached can be strategically mounted from the overhead conveyor to make the swivel roll around it's circumference as it passes the bar. The length of the rubber strip will determine the degree of rotation i.e ¼ of the circumference = 90°
