Staubfix is manufactured from an alkalyd resin impregnated textile fabric which effectively binds dust. Staubfix uni is a single layer duster and Staubfix super is a thicker multi layer duster. |

| An easy to use battery driven unit which directly informs whether items to be painted are sufficiently well earthed or not. Connect one cable crocodile clip to a known good earth point and the other cable to the item to be painted then a simple button press will give a red or green lamp indication. |

| We can supply test sheet blanks in hardened steel from which test sheets can be made. The thickness is only 0.10mm which means that the sheets will be easy to send by post and will take up minimal space in files or binders etc. The sheets have rounded corners and an 8mm hole for hanging. The standard size is 60 x 100mm but can be produced in sheet widths of 30, 40 or 50mm if required. |

| Thermal film which develops a super-absorbent surface at a temperature of 120°C. By putting it in the tempering furnace or letting it keep up with the conveyor when changing colour, it effectively collects airborne powder and dust particles. The film should be fixed to a metal surface using heat resistant tape or by heating it. The film can be cooled and reheated. In this way, it can be used until it's surface is completely covered by particles. Supplied in 300mm wide rolls 30m in length or mounted on double sided aluminium sheets 300 x 1000mm in size. |

A threaded Eye-bolt (MS part code) can be used for suspending products by a threaded hole that at the same time has to be masked. The Eye-bolt can then be suspended from a hook. To extend it's service life, the contact paint between the Eye-bolt and the hook can be protected by a small pieces of silicone rubber tubing. We aslo have Screwcaps (MT part code) that have a hanging eye and an intermal thread in M sizes to hang conponents using a threaded stud. |
